Shipping policy

Order Processing Time We process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM (PST) will be processed the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery Time Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on the carrier, customs clearance, and other factors.

  • United States (Domestic): 3–7 business days after shipping
  • International: 7–21 business days after shipping (varies by country and region)

Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $150 USD qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.
  • Express Shipping: Available at an additional cost (options shown at checkout).

International Orders: Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid directly to your local authorities.

Carriers & Tracking We ship with reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your package in My Account → My Orders.

Restricted Areas We currently do not ship to certain countries/regions due to logistics restrictions. [Please list restricted countries here, e.g. Russia, North Korea, etc.]

Delays & Force Majeure Delivery times may be delayed during peak seasons, holidays, severe weather, customs delays, or other force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.). We will notify you of any significant delays. Sister Jane is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or significantly damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the carrier to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Local Pickup Currently, we do not offer in-store pickup. All orders are shipped from our warehouse.
